Ryan's Confirmation {and a card at the end...}

Hold tight for a photo heavy post from Ryan's Confirmation yesterday!  It was a beautiful day.  Here's my handsome guy all decked out in his new sports coat and tie!

And a close up!

Right before we were about to leave for mass two of his best friends stopped by to hang out...of course, I had to snap a picture.  They were laughing.  His friend on the left, Josh, made his confirmation last year and his friend on the right, Zach, makes his in a couple of weeks.  They know the picture drill!

Next up Nana and PopPop.  Nana was Ryan's sponsor and did a wonderful job!

A family shot!  Collin has taken to not wanting to smile for the camera.  Don't you love his face :).

PopPop has been passed up by his oldest grandson in height so he asked that I take one from the waste up from this angle!  I didn't quite take his request to heart...

Do you like how Pat and Ryan are standing on their tip toes for this one?  Love those smiles!

Ryan with his Godmother, Cindy...they coordinated purples!

Smile...mother and son...love him so much.

Ryan and Nana!  A wonderful day surrounded by our family.  He is a very blessed young man.

And for those of you who held on through this photo heavy post.  Here's a card for the current CASE Study Challenge.  I loved the layout of Laurie's inspiration card that you can see here.  I flipped the sketch...love all these pinks, creams and krafts together!

  13. oh my goodness...by the time I got to your card, I couldn't read about it because of the tears. The perfect pictures to capture the feel of the day. The camera never lies and it surely shows the love and commitment in your family. The picture that really got me was the one of you and Ryan because he somehow still looks like "mom's boy." There is a softer look on him in that one :) And what a handsome family shot! Collin reminds me so much of my nephew Jack...Mr. "I'll smile when I want." We had lots of non smiles for our wedding shots from Jack, the ring bearer. LOL Now, okay, the card...I can see it now!! lol Love the pink background and those half and halfs again! Really, one thing I didn't order last night and should! Hugs :)
